Numbers that survive the morning board

Logic Nodepoint Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 in Rat Burana, Bangkok. We work with Thai transport companies that need fleet utilization made readable—idle hours, load factor, and depot turnaround—for people who already run a yard.

Quiet Rat Burana office with charts and fleet maps on a dark wall

Origin

The company began after years of sitting beside dispatchers who mistrusted polished charts that ignored shipper gates and wash-bay queues. Early work focused on Greater Bangkok haulage fleets; today we still start every engagement with a depot visit or a long call with the person who owns the morning briefing.

Our registered business name is Logic Nodepoint Co., Ltd. The office remains at 537 Gp 2 Soi Anamai Suksawad Bang Pakork Ratburana, serving operators across Bangkok and regional corridors.

How we work

Yard first

Metrics are named with the vocabulary your supervisors already use—corridor, dwell, turnaround—not borrowed boardroom jargon.

Thin screens

We keep views sparse enough for a 06:00 briefing. If a chart needs a legend novel, it does not ship.

Decisions over decoration

Every engagement opens with the decisions ownership wants to support: expand, retire a class, or renegotiate a window.

People

Engagements are led by analysts who have spent time in Thai depots and with corridor managers on the Eastern Seaboard runs. Training sessions are run for dispatchers and supervisors together so the same numbers mean the same thing at both desks.

We do not staff 24/7 monitoring floors. Our role is to deliver utilization views and the reading habits that keep them honest, then stay available through assessments, reporting packs, and monthly reviews.
