From scoping to the morning board

Every fleet utilization engagement follows a clear sequence so dispatchers, supervisors, and ownership know what arrives when—and what they must prepare.

  1. Inquiry & fit check

You tell us fleet size, corridors, and data sources. We confirm whether an assessment, dashboard delivery, reporting pack, or monthly review fits—or whether paper digitization must come first.

  2. Scoping workshop

Half a day at your depot or our Rat Burana office. We leave with written metric definitions and the decisions ownership wants the charts to support.

  3. Data sample & pilot screen

We build one corridor or vehicle-class view first. Supervisors review it against a real briefing week before anything expands.

  4. Rollout & training

Agreed screens go live across the scoped fleet. Dispatchers and supervisors train together; ownership receives a separate reading pass.

  5. Handoff & optional cadence

Thirty days of adjustments after dashboard delivery, or a standing monthly review if you want disciplined reading of the figures.
