Pricing that follows fleet scope
Most dashboard work is quoted after a scoping workshop. Assessments and reporting packs have clearer starting points. Figures below are in Thai baht and exclude VAT unless noted in your proposal.

Fleet size, number of depots, telematics variety, and whether trip history is already digital all change the quote. Paper-only fleets may need a short digitization step before dashboard work begins; that step is priced separately when required.
What shapes a quote
- Vehicle count and class mix
- Corridors and depots in scope for the pilot
- Available GPS, trip sheet, and fuel exports
- Number of briefing audiences (dispatch, maintenance, ownership)
- Training language and session location
